Find a home built for a different era.
Explore recently built homes across Los Angeles, compare what’s available, and see what newer construction has been selling for.
For sale and Pending show asking prices; Sold shows closed sales from the last 90 days (the most the public MLS search allows).
Year built is a screening filter. A home built in or after the year you pick may be a brand-new first sale or a resale of a home a few years old, and it says nothing on its own about condition, quality or renovation history.
Listings shown through the CRMLS public search. Information deemed reliable but not guaranteed. “ADU” and lot-size filters reflect listing data only, not legal status or what can be built.
A 2016 home and a 2026 build are different markets.
- Brand-new first sales carry today’s finishes, layouts, energy code and warranties, and are priced against other new builds.
- Recently built resales (5–15 years old) often compete with both new builds and remodeled older homes, and condition and design age matter.
- Remodeled older homes can look new inside but sit on an older frame, foundation and systems.
- Lot and location still drive value more than the year on the permit.
