A clearer view
of home.
I’m Matt Bissell, a Keller Williams agent trained in urban planning. I look past the listing — at the lot, the street and the neighborhood — so you understand what you’re buying, selling or building.

What brings you here?
Every neighborhood
has a different story.
The homes are only part of it. The streets, the lots and the way a place has grown make each one its own market.

Space, privacy and prestige — from Royal Oaks estates to Lake Balboa-side streets.
The value of a home is more than what you see inside.
Two houses that look alike on a listing can have very different futures. Before you buy or sell, I look at four things:
The parcel
Zoning, lot size, slope, overlays and easements — from ZIMAS and city records, not assumed.
The pocket
Sales from the immediate blocks, not ZIP-code averages.
The trajectory
Transit, nearby projects and planning changes — approved kept separate from proposed.
The strategy
Price, timing, terms and what to fix (or not), built around your goals.

Begin with what
matters to you.
Upsizing, downsizing, changing communities or building value — every move starts with a reason.
Find the right house — and the right block.
Neighborhood matching by lifestyle and budget, plus a parcel check before you commit.

People-first.
I came to real estate through urban and regional planning at Cal Poly Pomona, where I got interested in how places grow, how land is used and what shapes a neighborhood over time.
Licensed since 2018, I’ve helped buyers and sellers through some of life’s biggest decisions. I’m also a homeowner and father of four, so I know how much location, layout and long-term fit matter.
